Custom Ordering

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production times vary based on order size and customization requirements. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days AFTER deposit is made.

How do I place a custom order?
Click the "Printing Submission" page or contact us directly with your design idea. We will review your request and provide pricing, design proofs, and turnaround times.

Can I upload my own design?
Yes! We can print your logo, artwork, team design, family reunion shirt, business apparel, and more. Please provide the highest quality file available.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary depending on the product. Contact us for details regarding your specific project.

Customization

Can I personalize my order with names or numbers?
Yes! Many of our products can be customized with names, numbers, graduation years, business logos, and other personalized details.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
For most custom orders, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

Can I make changes after placing an order?
Changes may be made before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Team Stores

How do team stores work?
Team stores allow schools, sports teams, churches, and organizations to offer custom apparel to their members. Orders are collected through the store and produced according to the designated schedule.

Can my organization get its own team store?
Absolutely! Contact us to discuss creating a custom team store for your school, team, church, or business.

Shipping & Pickup

How long does production take?
Production times vary based on order size and customization requirements. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days after final approval.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. BUT local pickup is only available for bulk orders customers in the Tampa Bay area. Contact us for current pickup options.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized and custom-made items are generally non-refundable but please contact us if there are any issues.

What if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

When is payment due?
Custom Orders: Deposit is required before production begins, remaining balance is due before items are shipped.
